Grace Bay Club Offers the Ultimate in Hospitality with New Personal Concierge Service

Grace Bay Club has redefined the traditional butler experience with the introduction of the Personal Concierge program. This intuitive service ensures that every stay at the Grace Bay Club caters to the individual tastes and needs of each guest.

 “Our Personal Concierge staff provides the highest possible level of service to guests at the Grace Bay Club,” says Andreas M. Pade, Director of Guest Services & Special Projects.  “Each Personal Concierge is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of their guest throughout their stay. Whether it is a specially catered breakfast on your veranda to start your day or a fruit sushi platter and spa drawn bath in the evening, our concierge are trained to anticipate the needs of our guests for any given moment during their vacation.”

Prior to arrival, the Grace Bay Club provides a personal preference form to all guests. The form includes a provisions list for shopping and menu of activities for the Personal Concierge to arrange. Upon check-in, guests will find their fridge fully stocked with all of their requested items, dinner reservations made and activities confirmed. This process ensures that each guest enjoys a seamless stay from arrival to departure.

Each of the five buildings at the Grace Bay Club house one dedicated Personal Concierge to tend to the individual needs of their guests, ensuring prompt and personal service.  At the Grace Bay Club guests enjoy both the traditional butler amenities in addition to personalized experiences for couples and families.  With impeccable attention to detail, the Grace Bay Club Personal Concierge can arrange family-friendly activities, luxurious spa treatments, or schedule a last-minute romantic dinner for two on the beach overlooking the Caribbean sea prepared by new Executive Chef, Gerry Gnassi. All concierge staff works to ensure their expert service does not intrude on the guest experience.

“Last year we had a couple visiting from London during the World Cup. The husband was a loyal soccer fan, so while they were on the beach their Personal Concierge set up a traditional ‘footie’ party complete with English lager and fish & chips to watch the game. The couple was just thrilled and could not believe that a concierge would go to such lengths and create something so personal,” says Pade. “These individual experiences are what we design for our guests to enjoy everyday.
