to or from the airport cannot be included.

All suites have oceanfront views, air conditioning, ceiling fans, direct dial telephones, complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access, 60-channel cable TV with DVD/CD player, iPod docking stations, safes, refrigerators with ice makers, Egyptian cotton linens and luxury featherbeds, bathrobes, hairdryers and magnifying mirrors in bathrooms, master baths with bathtubs.

Rates are per suite per night and include full breakfast in the restaurant. Airport transfers can be arranged and costed on request. Rates exclude 10 percent government tax and 10 percent service charge. Minimum stay of five nights is required during winter season and 10 nights during the Holiday season. Rates are for two persons in junior and one-bedroom suites, up to four persons in two-bedroom suites and up to six persons in the three-bedroom suites and Penthouses. An extra person is allowed at a supplemental charge.

Families are welcome at The Villas; Adults and children 16 and over are welcome at the Hotel.
Anacaona dress code: Evenings - casually elegant, i.e. long pants and collared shirt for gentlemen. Grill Rouge dress code: Casual.

RESERVATIONS POLICY

Three nights’ deposit is required to secure reservations, refundable provided written cancellation notice is received at Grace Bay Club 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Thereafter the three nights’ deposit is forfeited to cover any cancelled or altered nights of a confirmed reservation: i.e., late arrival and/or early departure will be charged. Because of our small size, cancellations and alterations affect us significantly. Therefore we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy. Travel insurance is recommended.

Cancellation for the period Dec. 21 to Jan. 6 must be received before November 1.  Master Card, Visa, Discover, Diners and American Express are accepted, as are personal checks by prior arrangement only.  Ten percent government tax on rooms and on restaurant charges and ten percent service charge will be added to your bill.
