Representing a US$45-million expansion of Grace Bay Club, The Villas at Grace Bay Club comprise 38 ultra-spacious, luxurious suites designed for families of all ages.

In addition to the new residences, a host of lavish new amenities have been added to this renowned hotel, including a new 4,000 square foot European Spa offering five separate treatment rooms, separate changing areas with steam rooms for women & men and an elegant relaxation lounge; a new state-of-the-art fitness center; a dramatic new oceanfront swimming pool and an al-fresco Grille & pool bar. The resort also enjoys a modern new reception, lobby, boutique and a multi-function conference room & fully equipped business center.

Suites at The Villas span almost 50 feet of ocean front and range from 2,300 square feet to 4,800 square feet. Features include private ocean view balconies off the master bedroom, second bedroom and living/dining room; full walls of expansive glass sliding doors; 9-foot ceilings; open kitchens with granite counter tops and elegant fixtures, finishes and stainless steel appliances; walk-in showers, separate baths and double vanities. Flat-screen TVs, iPod docking stations and chargers, and ultra-comfortable featherbeds are highlights.

Surrounded by lush tropical foliage, The Villas are located in four well-spaced five-story buildings that reflect the Mediterranean-style architecture of Grace Bay Club. Each group houses only two suites per floor for enhanced privacy. The Villas offer adults access to all the services of Grace Bay Club as well as additional reserved ocean frontage, an on-the-beach family-friendly pool, the poolside Grill and swim-up bar, and other amenities.

The professionally staffed childrens eco-activity program, Kids Town, offers activities such as nature hikes, kayaking and day trips, plus special treats.
