The Penthouses rival the world’s grandest hotel suites.

With the privacy of an entire floor and its own entrance and elevator, each of these super-luxurious suites spans 100 feet across Grace Bay Beach with breathtaking ocean views from a 1,000- square-foot terrace.

Penthouse features include:

• Soaring 11-foot ceilings;
• Two master bedrooms with ocean views;
• Spacious oceanfront showers that open onto the outdoor terrace;
• A private outdoor Jacuzzi under a Mediterranean-style pergola.

Each Penthouse measures 3,600 square feet, of which 2,600 square feet are air conditioned, and offers three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a separate media room/den.

All bedrooms and living areas are fitted with flat-screen televisions, and living areas with Bose surround-sound stereo. Kitchens are premier quality with custom, solid-wood cabinetry; built-in stainless steel appliances; solid granite countertops imported from Turkey; and 16 x 16-inch travertine tiling throughout. Specially imported materials include solid Bolivian hardwood doors and custom furniture from Italy, Mexico, the Philippines and the U.S. Top-of-the-line manufacturers include Michael Thomas, Palecek, Hallmark, Walters Wicker, and Bonacina.
