THREE BEDROOM PREMIER RESIDENCES (4500 sq. ft.) Oceanfront living and dining room with terraces, oceanfront master bed room with terrace, ocean view and garden view bedrooms with terraces, three and a half bathrooms. Custom bar with full height built in wine chiller. Outdoor rain shower on terrace.

THREE BEDROOM BEACH LEVEL POOL RESIDENCES (3800 sq. ft) Private ocean front plunge pool accompanied by oceanfront living/dining room with terrace, oceanfront master bedroom with terrace, ocean view and garden view bedrooms with terraces, three and a half bathrooms.

FOUR BEDROOM RESIDENCES (4500 sq. ft.) Oceanfront living/dining room with terrace, two oceanfront master bedrooms with terraces, ocean view and garden view bedrooms with terraces, four and a half bathrooms. Outdoor rain shower on terrace.

FOUR BEDROOM BEACH LEVEL POOL RESIDENCES (4700 sq. ft.) PENTHOUSE RESIDENCE (7000 sq. ft.) All four bedrooms oceanfront with terraces, oceanfront living room, dining room, media room and private study with terraces. Jacuzzi tub, Grill and rain shower on terrace. Private elevator access.
